I would highly recommend this venue. The staff, including Grace, Susan, and Joan are absolutely outstanding. Their service was exceptional, warm, professional, and responsive. They all paid attention to detail and delivered exactly what was requested. I would recommend them to anyone planning a special occasion.

I cannot sing the praises of the Conservatory at Waterstone enough. We got married there May 16 and every single part of the process was amazing. They do so much of the process in house, and what they don’t do they largely work directly with other vendors so they know each other; it made it incredibly easy both for the planning process and on the day of everything went so smoothly. Every member of the staff we met and worked with was delightful and the entire wedding went off without a hitch. I have no idea how they’ve been in business for so long and still seem to remain a hidden gem. Everyone should know about this amazing venue!

We had the most wonderful experience with this venue from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly accommodating throughout the planning process. We had to change our wedding date and made multiple changes to our plans along the way, and they were nothing but patient, flexible, and supportive every step of the way.
Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail we received. On the day of our wedding, everything was executed flawlessly. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly everything ran.
A special thank you to Linda, our coordinator, who was absolutely lovely and so sweet. She made us feel at ease throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect.
We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to work with. We cannot recommend them highly enough and are so grateful they helped make our wedding day everything we hoped it would be!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience at The Conservatory at Waterstone! From the very beginning, the planning process was simple and stress-free because they handle so much in-house. Their team was professional, organized, and wonderful to work with every step of the way.
On our wedding day, they kept everything running seamlessly. Even with nearly 200 guests, there were no delays, long lines, or long waits for food or drinks. The staff did an outstanding job keeping the evening on schedule while making it all feel effortless.
The food was excellent and received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with its exposed brick, warm wood accents, and timeless character requiring very little additional decorating. We also loved the layout. Having the main floor, mezzanine, and separate bar room created multiple inviting spaces, making a large wedding feel surprisingly intimate and comfortable.
If you're looking for a venue with a beautiful atmosphere, exceptional service, and a team that truly knows how to execute an event, we highly recommend The Conservatory at Waterstone!
