Hands down they delivered 1000%!
Toyrie in reservations was right on point with all our needs from the very start. Her exceptional insight and recommendations truly made our stay outstanding. Let us not forget the bartenders—they made it feel like a true home away from home, especially with the high-energy entertainment they provided for the FIFA 2026 World Cup game! Watching Czechia vs. South Africa here was an absolute blast. Also, a huge shoutout to housekeeping for room 1028; she never skipped a beat!
Wow, I couldn't ask for a better location! You get amazing views of downtown Atlanta and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Transportation is completely unnecessary because everything is within short walking distance. It was perfect to walk off all the calories from the amazing chefs at the Reverb!
The hotel itself met each and every one of our needs and more. Please do not sleep on the Reverb by Hard Rock. You will walk away feeling exceptionally satisfied!

This hotel was an interesting stay. The room was super high tech and cool… until we couldn’t figure out how to turn the lights off. If we could get one set of lights shut off, another set turned back on. We finally gave up and slept with the lights on. The next morning when we tried to shower, we discovered the shower curtain didn’t have a liner. When I requested one, someone brought us a second shower curtain (still with no liner lol). The hotel was the perfect distance to walk to the State Farm Arena. We had dinner at the roof top bar. It was $85 for a flatbread, chips and guac, and two gin and tonics. The food was good and the bar had a great atmosphere. Overall, just an unusual hotel. Wasn’t bad for one night, but probably wouldn’t go back.

Great stay with a stellar staff!
Last month I stayed at the Reverb for two nights while in town for work at the nearby Databank datacenter. The location was incredibly convenient for our needs.
First and foremost, the staff here were fantastic. Genuinely courteous, respectful, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay—absolutely zero issues with service.
As for the food, Friday night’s dinner was really good. On Saturday night, they were serving "event food," which was honestly just okay.
While I didn't personally have any drinks, the bar area has a great look to it and seemed like a really fun spot to hang out. Overall a solid, comfortable stay and I'd definitely recommend it.

I stayed at REVERB Downtown Atlanta during a recent trip to Atlanta. The location is great if you want to be close to downtown attractions and some good restaurants—it was easy to walk around or grab a quick ride.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a simple, modern feel. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I had a couple of questions.
It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s perfect for a short stay in the city. I appreciated having a convenient and straightforward place to stay without a lot of extra fuss.

I had some friends stay here when we were in Atlanta and they really enjoyed their room. The place was beautiful. It offered so much. It even included space for people to do work. And someone was taking a photo shoot in one of their other rooms downstairs near the lobby. There was a big bar in this place and it seems like a place for a good party at night.
