Great stay with a stellar staff!
Last month I stayed at the Reverb for two nights while in town for work at the nearby Databank datacenter. The location was incredibly convenient for our needs.
First and foremost, the staff here were fantastic. Genuinely courteous, respectful, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay—absolutely zero issues with service.
As for the food, Friday night’s dinner was really good. On Saturday night, they were serving "event food," which was honestly just okay.
While I didn't personally have any drinks, the bar area has a great look to it and seemed like a really fun spot to hang out. Overall a solid, comfortable stay and I'd definitely recommend it.

I stayed at Reverb by Hard Rock Atlanta for one night on the 27th and had such a great experience. They hooked me up with a room that had a view of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was chef’s kiss—so nice and such a vibe. The whole hotel feels very hip, modern, and energetic without being overwhelming.
I also loved the Alexa in the room—such a cool, thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra elevated. On top of that, every single person I interacted with, from check-in to the bar staff, was AMAZING. Everyone was genuinely kind, sweet, and welcoming, which really made the stay memorable. I’d absolutely stay here again. Alton was the best getting me all checked in! He’ll take great care of you

I stayed at REVERB Downtown Atlanta during a recent trip to Atlanta. The location is great if you want to be close to downtown attractions and some good restaurants—it was easy to walk around or grab a quick ride.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a simple, modern feel. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I had a couple of questions.
It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s perfect for a short stay in the city. I appreciated having a convenient and straightforward place to stay without a lot of extra fuss.

Beautiful hotel but terrible experience. The hotel overcharged us for an extra night and no one will respond to me for assistance. The front desk staff doesn’t listen to any issues when you call, just as they didn’t during our stay.
Among many other issues, we had to change rooms and we were told our mini fridge would be moved for us. It was moved to the new room, but it had been emptied. Someone had taken all of our food and drinks for our stay. Staff made no effort to listen or make things right for over an hour until we finally spoke to one helpful manager who eventually gave us a credit for the lobby bar. Staff even complained about having to deal with our issue to other staff right in front of us.
Upon check out, I made sure to check out directly with the staff because we had so many mess ups throughout our time there. However, they still charged us for another night after I checked out in person.
The hotel is beautiful and comfortable and in a great area. We would probably stay here every time if we hadn’t had to deal with so many problems.
EDIT: They post these nice responses to complaints to look good but don’t actually follow up on them. No one ever reached out to me.

My sisters and I recently stayed for one night and had a great experience. The hotel's location is outstanding, situated directly across the street from Mercedes-Benz Stadium and a short 10-minute walk to State Farm Arena. What I truly appreciated was the presence of security on the grounds at all times, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay.
The check-in process was smooth and modern, utilizing kiosks with staff assistance. The room was clean, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep.
We enjoyed dinner at the rooftop bar, RT 60, which offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. Our server, Jalisia, was fantastic, very helpful and attentive.
The only drawbacks were minor maintenance issues: the fridge in the room was not working, and the bathroom sink was somewhat clogged.
Overall: While the room had a couple of small issues, they definitely won't deter me from staying here again.
