Very disappointed in my stay at this hotel.
Valet experience
We came here for a cheer competition. We arrived late (around 11pm) we chose valet because self park and valet was $8 per day difference, so why not have the valet service. Well we quickly found out the next morning that there is no option to request your vehicle aside from going to the valet desk and presenting your ticket. Depending on the amount of traffic coming in you can count on waiting for the valet service to take care of self-parking customers and taking payments prior to getting your vehicle. So we pay a premium to wait longer for them to get your vehicle.
Room experience
After getting into our room and settled in, the room was quite cold. Around 60°, we called downstairs to request a couple pillows and blankets. We was told that we needed to go downstairs and get them. I went downstairs, spoke to someone and they put the request in their tablet and informed us that they would bring to our room. They never brought us anything. We ended up purchasing our own pillows and throw blankets. The room had stains all over the carpet, and on the sofa. Was not very clean. None of the bedside lights (in the headboard) worked, some outlets also didn’t work. The water pressure in the shower was at best a trickle. The first two evenings we didn’t have the room turned over by staff, but The last morning of our stay we made sure to turn off the privacy option, do not disturb door hanger so our room would be cleaned. When we got back to the room that evening it had not been cleaned.
Departure
The morning we are leaving the hotel, I go downstairs to retrieve a bell cart, I was directed to the valet area outside and there is no carts. I walked back and asked where I can find some. I got a shoulder shrug and was left to figure it out I guess.
My experience overall was consistent of a motel 6 stay with the price tag of a high end hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless you like to overpay and do everything yourself.

I stayed at Reverb by Hard Rock Atlanta for one night on the 27th and had such a great experience. They hooked me up with a room that had a view of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was chef’s kiss—so nice and such a vibe. The whole hotel feels very hip, modern, and energetic without being overwhelming.
I also loved the Alexa in the room—such a cool, thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra elevated. On top of that, every single person I interacted with, from check-in to the bar staff, was AMAZING. Everyone was genuinely kind, sweet, and welcoming, which really made the stay memorable. I’d absolutely stay here again. Alton was the best getting me all checked in! He’ll take great care of you

We've stayed here a couple of times n the past few years.. 1st stay was great! Our last time staying, the facility has went to trash!! Toilet didnt flush, lights around bed didnt work and the wires were sticking out on the floor!! The fridge didn't work so the $5 16oz cokes cant stay cold! The the wires on the phone were broken and exposed. The counter looked as tho someone sat on it and broke it n half and maintenance just glued it back together.. The lobby smelled of wet nasty rags.. Food and drinks r wayyy over priced, especially considering they cant even get ur order right and half the food is cold b4 u get ur whole order!!! I was all around disappointed and will not b back!

Exceptional Service Made Our Stay Memorable!
Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, and a big reason for that was the outstanding service we received at the front desk—especially from Adria. From the moment we arrived, Adria was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, answered all of our questions with patience, and handled everything efficiently with a smile.
It’s rare to encounter someone who truly elevates the guest experience, but Adria did exactly that. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help made us feel valued and taken care of throughout our stay. The rest of the hotel was clean and comfortable, but it was Adria’s exceptional service that really stood out and made a lasting impression.
Because of her, we would absolutely return to this hotel and confidently recommend it to others. Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition—thank you, Adria, for making our stay so enjoyable!
