My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Staff were friendly, check in and the quick service in the lobby was convenient. We booked, through Expedia, a superior room with 1 king size bed, however when we got there they assigned us a standard room with 2 queen, we showed the front desk our receipt and they immediately fixed it with no hassle, we were grateful so how simple they made it. The room it self was very comfortable and clean. We loved the bed and the pillows. The lighting in the room was fun too. Parking seemed way overpriced at $40 a night to self park $50 for valet. Thankfully we found street parking for one night. We had breakfast one morning which was okay, it was not complimentary and they include a 20% tip even though they just took our order (this may be a GA thing though, coming from NJ this was frustrating to pay $34 for two breakfast sandwiches that were priced at $13 each felt excessive). Obviously on vacation in any city, hotel food is always expensive, this felt excessive though. Staff were very friendly though and the hotel was clean with a nice atmosphere. It was a 20 minute walk to centennial Olympic park near the aquarium, world of Coca Cola, etc. and was easy to walk as well as safe as you mainly just walk in front of State Farm arena.

Staying here initially wasn’t in the plans but I’m glad I did. The front desk receptionist Adria was very helpful and had great energy and customer service skills. She made us feel valued as a customer and comfortable with our stay. She went above and beyond to help us and never showed signs of aggravation, even though my wife was having a rough day. I appreciate her for not making MY matters worst. Great hotel great energy and roof top bar. The cook downstairs could use some training when it comes down to the simplicity of the dishes and making sure the customers are satisfied, instead of trying to explain the reasoning for OUR dissatisfaction…

Exceptional Service from an Amazing Team!
I had the pleasure of being served by Dani, Tshay, and Jalisa, and each one of them deserves a full five stars. They are all incredibly talented bartenders, and together they create an atmosphere that’s welcoming, fun, and unforgettable.
Dani brings a warm, friendly energy and makes every guest feel taken care of.
Tshay is upbeat, professional, and mixes drinks with impressive skill.
Jalisa is attentive, creative, and always knows how to recommend the perfect cocktail.
Individually they shine, but as a team they are unbeatable. If you see any of these three behind the bar, you’re guaranteed great service, great drinks, and a great time. Highly recommend! 🍹✨

I had a wonderful experience at ReVerb. Soon as you walk into the hotel it's a nice clean smell throughout. The highlight of my night was the bartender Mike. He was very pleasant, gave nice vibes, and made the best cocktails. Go visit and ask for Mike. You won't be disappointed!

This hotel saved my trip from a terrible experience with our originally booked hotel that we cancelled. The lobby has a scent system that puts out the best smell! I liked seeing the different recording studios in the lobby. It was cool seeing people utilize them. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful. Our room had an Alexa with commands customized by the hotel to make our experience easy with requests and service. Our room was clean, the complimentary goods were nice, and their utility areas for the guests were nice too! They have easy access to anything you need—filtered water, refills for tea or coffee, and a great ice machine (nugget ice)—all near your room. Also, I liked that you couldn’t use the elevator without being a guest. It made staying feel more secure.
