I am SO very disappointed with the hotel in Atlanta! There is no soap, body wash, conditioner or shampoo in the bathroom. When you ask for it they ignore you and tell you to pick up extra towels or soap in the lobby.
The check in took 45 minutes! There was confusion about our confirmation number.
You can't get a hold of the lobby area!
Good luck getting extra toilet paper if you run out!
Absolutely terrible in regards to any staff that work here because no one speaks English so the cleaning crew don't understand when you ask them to clean your room.
It was definitely the worst hotel stay. Please pay more money and just stay somewhere else.
The bathroom has no fan and a barn door so if you take a shower then the entire room is steaming hot and feels like ur in the shower too.
So extremely disappointed. Why do I have to beg for SOAP OR TOILET PAPER!!!!????

We drove in from Alabama to see a concert and the first thing I noticed was the floor from the door to desk were extremely sticky the host at the desk didn’t greet us but we checked in, went to the elevator which had skittles all in the floor of the elevator and at that point didn’t know what to think but the room was clean , the light strips under the bed were hanging in the floor unplugged and unattached to the bed but we were only staying for one night so we just were looking forward to the show we had came in for it wasn’t until the snow caused the show to be postponed that I was mostly upset because it felt like a complete waste of money altogether because I would have never paid for a less than great experience at that and that was the only positive that could have came from it but the worst part was when we called to ask for a late check out to make sure the roads were clear in the morning and was put on hold for 30 minutes so we called back and was met with attitude telling us “well I’m the only one here” granted we had just came up from the lobby not lo no before and there at that time hadn’t been any guests down there. I really was excited to stay and the whole experience just left me disappointed. The rooms were quiet but it was a Tuesday and we had a room at the end of the hall.

If you’re seeking a delightful evening out, I implore you to steer clear of this establishment. My experience was marred by the most disinterested service I've ever encountered, courtesy of a particular bartender with a bob haircut and striking blue-green highlights.
From the moment we approached the bar, her demeanor suggested we were an interruption to her day. Her low voice made it nearly impossible to hear her, and it seemed she preferred the company of her headphones to that of her patrons. Rather than engaging us, she hovered uncomfortably close, pressuring us to order more drinks while we were trying to enjoy a conversation.
When it finally came time to settle our bill, she unceremoniously shoved the check in front of us and asked if we wanted to start an open tab—completely disregarding our clear preference to close out. Her aggressive insistence for payment felt more like a command than a service interaction, and when we asked for just a moment, she huffed away in a manner that was both rude and unprofessional.
It’s worth noting that the automatic gratuity policy here might explain the glaring absence of genuine hospitality. The first smile we received all night was upon settling our bill, which hardly made up for the lackluster service we endured.
In summary, if you’re in search of a pleasant nightcap or drinks, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This hotel/bar clearly has a long way to go in training its staff on basic social awareness and customer service.

Every person on the staff for 12/7/2024 deserves a raise! My girlfriends and I came here to watch the GA v. Texas SEC championship and we were treated with kindness, hospitality, and warm energy. The bartenders are a 10/10, the vibe was amazing. All the guests we came in contact with were friendly and super fun! We actually decided to eat / drink upstairs and downstairs so we experienced both bars. The DJ downstairs was lit, and he encouraged people to dance, have fun, and live in the moment. So WORTH IT! We will absolutely be back!

There were no towels after the first day, when trying to call the front desk no one answers. Then when going to front desk they state the towels are being dried. We had clean towels in our room and housekeeping took them. They ran out of toilet paper the second day. Front staff was rude and said they would put your name in a list and never received towels. Avoid if possible as it is not worth what you pay for the hotel.
