We enjoyed our stay here, seeking a unique hotel experience in Atlanta and Reverb did not disappoint! My husband always books 4 Star hotels for us, but this was our first stay in a Smart, Sustainable hotel. As a Techie, Joseph’s voice commands controlled our television, lighting, music, and temperature. After checkin, we made our way to the Constant Grind for enjoyable pre-dinner cocktails and light bites. We then rode the elevator to RT60, the rooftop bar, for our dinner reservation and live music. We were so impressed with our server, who was also the bartender. She made great recommendations on their food, and created a special cocktail for us, that was chocolate based, a nod to my husband for his birthday. The music was on point from the time of arrival until the time we left. We moved outside later, to enjoy spectacular views of Atlanta’s skyline and to take pictures. We’ll definitely stay again!

What truly made my experience unforgettable was the staff, especially T-Shay. She went above and beyond to welcome me, greeting me with such warmth and generosity that I instantly felt at home. Her personal touch and genuine care elevated the whole stay, making it clear that the team here is dedicated to creating a memorable experience for every guest. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfy, with fun, innovative features like Alexa to set the mood. If you’re looking for a unique, music-inspired hotel with heart, Reverb is the place to be—and ask for T-Shay when you check in!

I had a bad experience here I was in room 905 and it smelled like dog poo! I called downstairs several times and was promised that they would send someone up.I finally went downstairs and they handed me a spray bottle deodorizer, which just covered up the odor. When I got home and looked at my bill , they charged me for valet parking when we paid for valet parking upon arrival they swiped my friends credit card and then they also put it on my bill!!! Needless to say, I was not impressed except for the bartender was very nice and personable. The room was not cheap and I just did not get the experience that I expected. Also, the rooftop music plays till about 2 AM in the morning and it’s very loud.

First of all the hotel its self is beautiful, inviting and a vibe. We had a double queen room and it was more than we imagined it to be. Roomy, comfortable and had a great view. We ordered some food from the bar and that was delicious too. Location is great if you are visiting any of the downtown attractions. Only con about this stay was when we arrived to check in the lobby had a line to the door literally. No rooms were ready and the employees advised guests that they were short about five housekeepers that day (Saturday). Waited 45+ mins in line to be checked in and then another 2 hours in a cramped lobby to get assigned a room. After traveling all day, that was the last thing I needed. I’ll love to give the property another try in the future.

Let me start by saying the staff were great. Friendly and accommodating. Now the rest of the story. The hotel is off the beaten path and challenging to locate. There is practically nothing around there, not a convenience store or anything. The lobby is decorated with a fun vibe and is well laid out. The check-in was easy, and we were provided with information about the hotel. I almost fell out when they told us our room number was 1331 way frontways or backways it was the same. OK The rooms are large but leave a lot to be desired. The lighting in the bathroom is horrible for any woman or man to apply make-up. The vanity light flickered the entire time like we were in The Twilight Zone. There are NO refrigerators in the room, only coolers designed to keep drinks cool right? NOPE! It was explained to me that it was just a cooler and wouldn't keep or make drinks cool. I asked if I could add ice, as it looks like an ice chest. I was told NO, it's a cooler. I looked at her with deep puzzlement as to what I was missing. The beds are king-sized and soft. I prefer a hard bed, but it was fine. There's a working station, and we had a lovely view of part of another roof. The noise was piercing at times. The blower dryer was par for the course. It only heated to medium, and while drying my hair, it would shoot out cold air, going back and forth. They have great high-end products by Goetz and Malin, all super masculine but great products. The TV was outdated, and an option for Chrome Cast was on the TV. However, it was inaccessible. Trust me, I tried like 20 times. They did have an Alexa in the room (nice touch), I just listened to music instead of watching TV. The bar area was nice. I ordered a Cosmo (that was amazing) and a Mediterranean Salad. It was decent, but it arrived in a to-go box. Checkout was seamless, again, the staff was amazing. Overall, it was just ok.
