    ### Google Review ⭐☆☆☆☆ If you’re seeking a delightful evening out, I implore you to steer clear of this establishment. My experience was marred by the most disinterested service I've ever encountered, courtesy of a particular bartender with a bob haircut and striking blue-green highlights. From the moment we approached the bar, her demeanor suggested we were an interruption to her day. Her low voice made it nearly impossible to hear her, and it seemed she preferred the company of her headphones to that of her patrons. Rather than engaging us, she hovered uncomfortably close, pressuring us to order more drinks while we were trying to enjoy a conversation. When it finally came time to settle our bill, she unceremoniously shoved the check in front of us and asked if we wanted to start an open tab—completely disregarding our clear preference to close out. Her aggressive insistence for payment felt more like a command than a service interaction, and when we asked for just a moment, she huffed away in a manner that was both rude and unprofessional. It’s worth noting that the automatic gratuity policy here might explain the glaring absence of genuine hospitality. The first smile we received all night was upon settling our bill, which hardly made up for the lackluster service we endured. In summary, if you’re in search of a pleasant nightcap or drinks, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This hotel/bar clearly has a long way to go in training its staff on basic social awareness and customer service.

The front desk staff that greeted me was so friendly and helpful, I wish I caught her name! She was great. Weirdly our room hadn’t been turned over, so that was a bit annoying but she got us moved to a better room and made that super easy. It’s a bit overpriced for what’s offered and parking is expensive. The rooms are really basic. The couch was stained, counter was poorly repaired, the weird mood light was flickering, but it was clean and the shower was nice. Good place to stay if you need some common areas for a group outing or basic amenities near downtown.

We drove in from Alabama to see a concert and the first thing I noticed was the floor from the door to desk were extremely sticky the host at the desk didn’t greet us but we checked in, went to the elevator which had skittles all in the floor of the elevator and at that point didn’t know what to think but the room was clean , the light strips under the bed were hanging in the floor unplugged and unattached to the bed but we were only staying for one night so we just were looking forward to the show we had came in for it wasn’t until the snow caused the show to be postponed that I was mostly upset because it felt like a complete waste of money altogether because I would have never paid for a less than great experience at that and that was the only positive that could have came from it but the worst part was when we called to ask for a late check out to make sure the roads were clear in the morning and was put on hold for 30 minutes so we called back and was met with attitude telling us “well I’m the only one here” granted we had just came up from the lobby not lo no before and there at that time hadn’t been any guests down there. I really was excited to stay and the whole experience just left me disappointed. The rooms were quiet but it was a Tuesday and we had a room at the end of the hall.

Every person on the staff for 12/7/2024 deserves a raise! My girlfriends and I came here to watch the GA v. Texas SEC championship and we were treated with kindness, hospitality, and warm energy. The bartenders are a 10/10, the vibe was amazing. All the guests we came in contact with were friendly and super fun! We actually decided to eat / drink upstairs and downstairs so we experienced both bars. The DJ downstairs was lit, and he encouraged people to dance, have fun, and live in the moment. So WORTH IT! We will absolutely be back!

I hesitate to write this review for 2 reasons: One, I do not want to get anyone in trouble who was simply trying to help a customer in need. Two, I do not want to reveal this information and risk a slew of people hounding the bartenders for the same request. But over-the-top service must be acknowledged so here goes. We visited the Reverb Lobby Bar the night of the Rolling Stones concert across the street. We ordered some pizzas which were a large portion given the price and the fact that this was a nice hotel in a heavy populated area, with little competition in walking distance. Hate to say it, but you just usually expect to be gouged in a situation like this. Not the case here. During the course of the meal and a few drinks, I informed the bar tender with advance notice that just before we leave to head over for the concert, I would love to order a shot in the dark (cup of coffee with shot of espresso) for me to take to go when we walked to the stadium. This is a ritual for me that I do to stay awake for 3 hour drives back to Alabama after a concert. The bartender very regrettably informed me that they did not serve coffee. The snack bar across the lobby had some single shot cold brew, but that wasn't what I needed. I asked if she knew where nearby I could get this, and she couldn't think of anywhere. I think she could sense my disappointment as I started googling nearby coffee shops. About 20 minutes later, after paid out and were preparing to head down the street, the nice woman approached me with a large paper to-go cup full of coffee and espresso, a side cup of coffee creamer, and two sugars. I was both thrilled and shocked and she could tell I was waiting for an explanation. "We have an espresso and coffee maker in the kitchen but it's really something just for employees. But I made an exception." When I asked her how much I owed her, she said "like I told you, we don't sell coffee". She then winked and walked away. We tipped her a $20 for her hospitality and after the concert, made it home just fine (and wide awake!). This is the kind of service you hope for and rarely get. I'm sure you will remember me if you read this, so thank you for truly saving my night (and saving me from a 6 block walk to a coffee shop).
