What a great hotel! Staff is so friendly and incredibly welcoming. Our room was clean upon arrival and spacious. The vibe in the hotel lobby is AMAZING. What a fun time to come back from a long day out on the town to enjoy a few drinks at the bar. Shoutout to Mike at the bar who made my husband’s bday feel even more special. Would definitely come back to this hotel and definitely don’t think twice about reserving a room here.

My sisters and I recently stayed for one night and had a great experience. The hotel's location is outstanding, situated directly across the street from Mercedes-Benz Stadium and a short 10-minute walk to State Farm Arena. What I truly appreciated was the presence of security on the grounds at all times, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth and modern, utilizing kiosks with staff assistance. The room was clean, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. We enjoyed dinner at the rooftop bar, RT 60, which offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. Our server, Jalisia, was fantastic, very helpful and attentive. The only drawbacks were minor maintenance issues: the fridge in the room was not working, and the bathroom sink was somewhat clogged. Overall: While the room had a couple of small issues, they definitely won't deter me from staying here again.

Stayed 2 nights for an event at the Benz. Staff where outstanding, friendly had helpful. Michael and Angelina at the grind were wonderful! Our room was ok. Minimalist design, alexa was there and pretty much run the lights. Very few channels on tv. No microwave, no fridge, had a small area in a drawer that was supposed to be a cooler, pretty much useless, so that was disappointing considering the icemaker on our floor was broke the first day. The bed was pretty comfortable. Sheets soft, but no top sheet, only a duvet. The bathroom was spacious toilet paper holder kept dropping the paper in floor, and we had no hot water to shower until morning we left. There is a safe in the room. And room darkening blinds. It did have a coffee maker that was just ok, and very noisy. Regular k cups will not fit, so dont bother bringing any. If you aren't familiar with atlanta, dont bother bringing cash because no one takes it. You must use a card. Another thing that is not on website: Upon arrival, we were charged and extra 200.00 on our card for incidentals. They said our parking fees would come out of that. When we checked out they said they would email our receipt, which it has been over 24hrs and we still haven't received, and our credit card has not been refunded for the remainder of the "incidental" fees. Also. No smoking within 25 feet of entrance, which I understand, but everytime we stepped in hallway, or off elevator, all we smelled was someone's pet skunk. Rooftop club was closed, so we didn't get to go up there, we did get a sandwich at the grind the first night which was huge, beautiful and pretty much inedible. Bread was cold and hard, lettuce and tomatoes were mushy and mealy, and bacon was like it was leftover from breakfast. I just ate the turkey and Swiss out of 1/2 of it. Fries were good, and crispy. I left the other half of my sandwich which was very pricey. The next night we shared a crab dip, which was very tasty. Went well with our adult beverage. All in all it was a good trip though. And around the Benz this hotel was more economical than the other choices

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay at Reverb by Hard Rock Hotel I absolutely loved my stay at Reverb by Hard Rock Hotel. The room was beautiful, with an amazing view that set the tone from the moment I arrived. A huge thank-you to Adria and Kenya for their exceptional patience and assistance with my early check-in and late check-out—true professionals who made everything seamless. Every staff member I encountered throughout my stay was welcoming and attentive, including on-site security, who were nothing short of amazing. The rooftop was a vibe—stunning views, a great bar, and live music or a DJ depending on the night. The food was delicious, and you could genuinely tell the chef made it with love. And let’s talk about the lobby atmosphere—great music, great energy—and shout-out to Gina, our incredible bartender. She was so patient with our food orders and crafted some absolutely bomb drinks. Top-tier service. The location is unbeatable. Being just a short walk from Mercedes-Benz Stadium made our event experience effortless. And yes—Southern KILLED it and won Battle of the Year! 🙌🏾🙌🏾 I would absolutely recommend Reverb and will definitely be staying again. Thank you, Reverb, for an amazing stay!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Staff were friendly, check in and the quick service in the lobby was convenient. We booked, through Expedia, a superior room with 1 king size bed, however when we got there they assigned us a standard room with 2 queen, we showed the front desk our receipt and they immediately fixed it with no hassle, we were grateful so how simple they made it. The room it self was very comfortable and clean. We loved the bed and the pillows. The lighting in the room was fun too. Parking seemed way overpriced at $40 a night to self park $50 for valet. Thankfully we found street parking for one night. We had breakfast one morning which was okay, it was not complimentary and they include a 20% tip even though they just took our order (this may be a GA thing though, coming from NJ this was frustrating to pay $34 for two breakfast sandwiches that were priced at $13 each felt excessive). Obviously on vacation in any city, hotel food is always expensive, this felt excessive though. Staff were very friendly though and the hotel was clean with a nice atmosphere. It was a 20 minute walk to centennial Olympic park near the aquarium, world of Coca Cola, etc. and was easy to walk as well as safe as you mainly just walk in front of State Farm arena.
