I stayed at Reverb by Hard Rock Atlanta for one night on the 27th and had such a great experience. They hooked me up with a room that had a view of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was chef’s kiss—so nice and such a vibe. The whole hotel feels very hip, modern, and energetic without being overwhelming.
I also loved the Alexa in the room—such a cool, thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra elevated. On top of that, every single person I interacted with, from check-in to the bar staff, was AMAZING. Everyone was genuinely kind, sweet, and welcoming, which really made the stay memorable. I’d absolutely stay here again. Alton was the best getting me all checked in! He’ll take great care of you

What a great hotel! Staff is so friendly and incredibly welcoming. Our room was clean upon arrival and spacious. The vibe in the hotel lobby is AMAZING. What a fun time to come back from a long day out on the town to enjoy a few drinks at the bar. Shoutout to Mike at the bar who made my husband’s bday feel even more special. Would definitely come back to this hotel and definitely don’t think twice about reserving a room here.

Stayed 2 nights for an event at the Benz. Staff where outstanding, friendly had helpful. Michael and Angelina at the grind were wonderful! Our room was ok. Minimalist design, alexa was there and pretty much run the lights. Very few channels on tv. No microwave, no fridge, had a small area in a drawer that was supposed to be a cooler, pretty much useless, so that was disappointing considering the icemaker on our floor was broke the first day. The bed was pretty comfortable. Sheets soft, but no top sheet, only a duvet. The bathroom was spacious toilet paper holder kept dropping the paper in floor, and we had no hot water to shower until morning we left. There is a safe in the room. And room darkening blinds. It did have a coffee maker that was just ok, and very noisy. Regular k cups will not fit, so dont bother bringing any. If you aren't familiar with atlanta, dont bother bringing cash because no one takes it. You must use a card. Another thing that is not on website: Upon arrival, we were charged and extra 200.00 on our card for incidentals. They said our parking fees would come out of that. When we checked out they said they would email our receipt, which it has been over 24hrs and we still haven't received, and our credit card has not been refunded for the remainder of the "incidental" fees. Also. No smoking within 25 feet of entrance, which I understand, but everytime we stepped in hallway, or off elevator, all we smelled was someone's pet skunk. Rooftop club was closed, so we didn't get to go up there, we did get a sandwich at the grind the first night which was huge, beautiful and pretty much inedible. Bread was cold and hard, lettuce and tomatoes were mushy and mealy, and bacon was like it was leftover from breakfast. I just ate the turkey and Swiss out of 1/2 of it. Fries were good, and crispy. I left the other half of my sandwich which was very pricey. The next night we shared a crab dip, which was very tasty. Went well with our adult beverage. All in all it was a good trip though. And around the Benz this hotel was more economical than the other choices

Rooms are super minimalistic. The blinds were broken so we had this massive illuminated Mercedes logo shining into our room the entire night. The drain in the shower was clogged. Looked like someone was messing with it. The towel I used was stained. The bed is on a low profile frame close to the ground. Mattress was comfortable enough. The walls seem to block a lot of the sound but I did wake up to the pounding of our neighbor having sex.
The staff have been great though. Very friendly and professional. They did the best they could to turn it around.

Exceptional Service Made Our Stay Memorable!
Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, and a big reason for that was the outstanding service we received at the front desk—especially from Adria. From the moment we arrived, Adria was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, answered all of our questions with patience, and handled everything efficiently with a smile.
It’s rare to encounter someone who truly elevates the guest experience, but Adria did exactly that. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help made us feel valued and taken care of throughout our stay. The rest of the hotel was clean and comfortable, but it was Adria’s exceptional service that really stood out and made a lasting impression.
Because of her, we would absolutely return to this hotel and confidently recommend it to others. Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition—thank you, Adria, for making our stay so enjoyable!
