This Regal theater is in a very cool area to see IMAX movies, where there are a lot of neat spots inside of Atlantic Station.
After they check ticket stubs in the front, you can get parking validation for 4+ hours spent watching a movie and can go out to eat after if the grub is too expensive (it often is). Chances are you may not be able to order what you want if they don't have service working in the back to make the orders (like pizzas, or a party share cookie). Alcohol is served in a different area aside from the main counters. And be careful with how much butter you put into your popcorn bag, since butter can drip through these bags and onto your clothes.

Understaffed, obviously underpaid, and clearly do not care at all about the quality of service they give. Fortunately for me, I only come here for the free screenings. The service reminds me each time why I don't come here and pay for a film.
I reached the front of the line after a woman in front of me ordered two drinks. The woman servicing that register checked each soda machine. Clearly, there was an issue. Another employee went to the back to get a bucket of ice, then this employee went to the back. Two more employees came to the register to watch two other employees pour buckets of ice. Four employees. I expressed I was only ordering popcorn and did not need a drink, so I was wondering if at least one of them could take my order. I was told they had to get this woman her drinks. Then another employee just looked at me while the others services the machine, holding hands.
I step over Lavazza and they are just as slow, dragging the feet like someone is forcing them to walk over and fulfill orders. I am just left in constant frustration, and the behavior. Not only do they not care, they are moving as if we have to be there. These workers are clearly not being paid enough for what they do, however this staff doesn't care about the job.
Will my review have a major effect? Not likely. Big corpos, a popular tourist area, and where many residents frequent. For those who do care and just weighing options, this is not it, especially for the price of a ticket. Definitely take advantage of this place for the free screenings (not through their Regal membership) and consider bringing a bag (hint-hint).

Watched Interstellar in IMAX and it was fantastic. Beautiful theater although it is on the pricey side in general. Will visit again.

Lying staff. They said they were out of Wicked merchandise that was clearly visible. They refused to sell the pink cups without purchasing a tin. I wanted both but they were apparently “out” of the tins. I’m not sure how they were out of an item that only can be sold in a set. The staff seemed possibly overworked or maybe just rude. Not a fun experience.

Here I sit for the preview of Becoming Led Zeppelin...show time was 1905...after watching 20ish minutes of previews, nothing, for several minutes, then the commercials and previews start again. Then they stop after 4 or 5 previews....at 1954 they finally get their heads out of their ass and the movie finally begins. The dim lights for previews stay on and at 1958 bright lights came on instead of going off...1959, dimmed again...not off... at 2001 almost a full hour later and seven minutes into the movie the lights finally went off. Don't get me started on the extreme heat they had going. Too bad they don't have their customers in mind when they come to work. Do better...
Excellent Led though.
