Beautiful venue and amazing staff. Our wedding yesterday 10/18/2025 was a magical evening. I must say I am very thankful for Melanie & Zack. No matter how many times I emailed, Melanie was there to answer every question and made sure everything went fine. I must say if you’re looking for a venue, please choose Pristine!! Our guest said that everything was beautiful. Especially the food was delicious!! They also made amazing drinks.

We had the perfect wedding thanks to Pristine!!! Everything from start to finish about this venue was absolutely amazing! They handled just about everything, the only thing we had to find outside of them was a photographer/videographer. And even that they had good suggestions if you wanted to take them! The staff was incredibly professional, quick to answer any and all emails within business hours, and it never felt like a bother! They handled everything from start to finish, and we upgraded to the platinum decor package and it made everything so seamless! I would book with this venue 1 million times if I could! I can’t wait to go back for our next event!

Where do I begin... Pristine is the absolute best place to have your wedding or event... From start to finish Perfection! I was told that most people do not like the cake at the tasting, but I can assure you that the cake that was at my wedding was insanely good... So good that my husband and I didn't even get a slice (we got the topper so we can not wait until our 1 year to eat the top)... Book the venue!!!

Pristine chapel was very accommodating of our busy schedule. From when my parents first toured, they were meant with a warm welcome. I wasn't able to see much of the venue before the wedding since we were from out of town, but Eric provided plenty of videos and explanations of how everything worked. Zach was also helpful during a venue planning appointment.
Day of was perfect! Symone was really helpful with making sure the day went smoothly even with delays. This venue gave me everything i wanted and I was not disappointed at all! Everyone loved the taste of the wedding cake and the food did disappoint either. The reception was wonderful. Thank you Pristine Chapel!!

Pristine is a gorgeous venue — truly one of the most beautiful locations, and it provided exactly the look and atmosphere the Bride dreamed of for this special day. The chapel décor was stunning, the monogram was perfect, and the food (wings, meatballs, salmon) had great flavor. The cake designs were beautiful, the AirBnB accommodations were spacious and safe, and the rehearsal consideration was appreciated.
That said, there were several areas that kept the experience from being a 5-star one. The day-of-event coordinators were assigned very last minute (after meeting with 2 different people months prior, a 3rd person was selected that hadn’t met with us since the original tour), which led to mispronounced names, ceremony missteps, and a lack of comfort in directing family and bridal party members. Communication around the whereabouts of the marriage certificate was handled unprofessionally, which added unnecessary stress to the Bride. Music during the reception was not the “clean” versions as requested and promised from the coordinator, despite children and clergy being present. While tasty, the food portions (especially salmon) did not align with the 125 plates paid for, and items like the potato salad tasted pre-made from Publix. Décor details also did not match what was selected in the entire reception area— particularly the centerpiece flower colors which were white when burgundy was selected.
Other details — such as the bartender serving specialty drinks meant only for the MOB, a rushed event timeline, fingerprinted cake topper, and dry, horrible cakes — further affected the overall experience. Rehearsal scheduling two days before the event was also not practical for an out-of-town wedding party. The lack of communication around the timeframe for a day of rehearsal was also a miss on the coordinators.
While Pristine has clear strengths — the beauty of the venue, décor in certain areas, and some food items — the overall planning, coordination, and professionalism fell short of my expectations. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not be able to recommend Pristine as a top choice for future weddings or events.
