Spectacular service, thorough exam, and honestly the best cleaning I’ve ever had at any dental practice. My teeth look brand new—several shades lighter—and feel incredibly clean. I couldn’t stop smiling 😊. Special thanks to Hygienist Ashley who cleaned my teeth and Dr. Hester for taking the time to educate and throughly exam not only my teeth but entire mouth. Office manager and ladies at front desk were professional and exceptional as well. Thank you for such amazing care! I will return and would recommend this practice to anyone who wants great care and customer service .

I hadn't been to this dental office in years, but I was surprised to see the office manager has still managed to maintain poor customer service. While she wasn't necessarily rude, her demeanor came across as dismissive, and the interaction wasn't pleasant. I actually walked away while she was still talking because I didn't feel the conversation was going anywhere.
That said, the rest of the team was WONDERFUL. I really admired how everyone worked together and stepped in to help one another, even when it wasn't their responsibility. Dr. Vonda is just as friendly, forthright, and personable as ever, which is exactly what you hope for in a healthcare provider.
Overall, if you can get past the office manager, who is clearly great at managing the office but could improve her customer service, you'll likely have a 10/10 experience.

want to give a major shout and kudos to the entire staff at Panola Family Dentistry. Their client friendly and welcoming attitude begins when you walk in. Lawanda was a pleasure as a first point of contact for the practice.
Their family-like atmosphere continued with Melani, Ashley and Dr. Hester. They all helped me in being relaxed, comfortable and confident in the professional services and care that I received.

I love this dental office. Everyone is so nice and kind. When you don't keep up your dental care at home and have to pay a visit to the practice, it is no judgement zone. Dr. Hester is the best, when she pull a tooth, she is going to call you at home and check on you, what dentist does that, unheard of until I started coming to this practice. They are the best!

Panola Dentists is one of the friendliest dental offices I’ve ever visited. The staff is welcoming from the moment you walk in, and they make you feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and treat you with real care and respect. It’s a place where you feel valued, not rushed. I truly appreciate how professional and kind they are every time I go.
