I'll start with the good: This was my son's (6) first time at a "real" Waterpark, and he had a blast. He loved the waterslides and the wave pool was fun too. My 2 year old daughter also loved the kiddie area and there was enough for her to explore and not get bored quickly. We didn't make it over to the fun bucket or other slides that were further past the lake. We also got a burger and chicken tenders meal from the place near the wave pool. It cost about $30, which was a little high, but ultimately we had more than enough food and it was tasty. Especially the fries. Now, for the bad: The line to get in was ridiculously long! We waited for 25 minutes, in the blazing sun to pay and get in. That's because they only have 2 kiosks working. Idk if there are online ticket purchases available, but it was a miserable beginning to the day. At the very least, that area should be covered so people can stand in the shade. I was afraid of burning before we even got in. Secondly, I read online that the kiddie area (Parakeet Springs) has a MAXIMUM height of 42" because it is meant for toddlers. Well, at one point in the day, there was a very large group of boys roughly ages 10-13 who were in the kiddie area, taking over the slide there and being rowdy. There was not a lifeguard in sight to witness any of the behavior or to keep the little ones from being pushed out of an area that is designated for them only. I actually was ran into by one of the boys at the bottom of the slide. When I finally did reach out to a lifeguard, he was very timid in his approach to the boys. Instead of enforcing the height policy and making the boys leave right away, he began questioning them if they were causing trouble and was very casual about it. Almost like he didn't know what to do. Overall, we had a good time, but those 2 issues need some looking into.

We had a good time overall, but the bee problem really needs to be addressed. There were bees everywhere, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the water attractions. The park could also use more frequent cleaning, as some areas didn’t seem as clean as they should be. With better pest control and improved cleanliness, this would be a much more enjoyable place to visit. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, because the park has great potential, but the bees and cleanliness took away from the experience.

Disappointed. Our family visited the park on July 8th. It was the first time we had been to the park in over 2 years and I was very disappointed. The park has done away w several of our favorite rides and one of our favorite rides was still there but not even operating. The "new" rides were ok but the lines to ride them were long and the line divider was broken in many places. I think some sun shades would be a huge improvement and nice for ppl waiting in long lines. My biggest critique was the amount of TRASH on the ground. Several rides literally had a pile of trash thrown over the rails onto the ground, several beer bottles and drink containers. It was gross. Do better management. Our family did have fun and we enjoyed the day together but I definitely don't see us returning any time soon.

We have been long time season pass holders. Every year something gets taken away but the kids usually have a good time. We are here right now and this place is GUTTED. No food stalls or access to free drinking water. They took out the large obstacle course on the lake. The toilet bowl slide with the large bucket - not working. White slide on that side not working. Large blue slide - not working. They charged the same fee for SO MUCH LESS. This is not acceptable.
