We had a great time. Family of 5. After reading reviews I was not expecting much but we can on the right day. Sunday after summer break was over so it was not busy. Place was clean and lines very short wait. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because staff at the tiki bar did not provide any help after a child slipped out of the chair and hit his head on the floor. When the parents asked the bartender for ice the bar tender responded I am unable to give you a cup of ice. The bartender just handed the parent a block of ice with his hands. They could have at least brought it to management's attention so that they could make sure the child was ok. Luckily the child continued on with his day. There is limited seating and the p
Rental option is fairly high. If you keep an eye on your children you should have no issues.

This place used to be a fun place for the whole family, but now it feels just a money hungry place with poor administration.
You don’t get access to the lake anymore, so if you are planning to let your kids play on the slides and relax by the water with ocasional dips, forget it. You will need to walk to the wave pool to do so, unless you come very early to save a chair. Very little chairs around the pool, and no more shade places, u less you pay $299 for a cabana.
You can’t bring an umbrella anymore and you will need to rent one for $20. They do not set up, it’s a do it yourself thing. Hopefully it’s not going to be a windy day.
I am definitely not coming back.

05/2024 review after reno.
Im leaving a review here as I couldnt find any helpful reviews for fins up after the renovation.
The wavepool is shallow and its perfect for my 7 and 11 year old! 3 feet without waves and 4 feet with wave. I could casually monitor unlike la grange wolf lodge or soaky waters in gatlinburg. We like it!
The slides are fun but the new slides had a line that lasted 30 min. This wasnt bc the line was long, but bc the college kids working the lines were quite inefficient and couldn’t direct the lines to run quickly. The other slides were fine, but the white ones without tubes burned both of my kids elbows, breaking skin and needing a bandaid. They crossed their arms on the chest but still got burned.
I saw many reviews complaining of the food priced. So i took some pics to help. After going to truist ball park and getting used to other stadium food prices, these prices didn't seem outrageous.
One of my kids has food allergies and we packed food for him in his school lunch bag and they allowed that in. They also allow one unopened water bottle per person. I wish they would allow our lovely stanley/or equivalent mugs so we could drink ice cold water!(update! They allow empty stanleys with nothing in it!!)
Also, they unblocked access to the beach-sand area (saw prior reviews complaining about this).
Overall, I think its totally worth the $99/per person season pass.
I hope this helps!

Honestly I had a blast. I have some issues though. The staff doesn't seem trained properly. Slides that have multiples sometimes only have one person and that one person cannot adequately guide four entrances at one time. Other slides that have multiple slides have multiple people but those people are not providing guidance on the right way to ride or when it's safe to go. Otherwise, the only major complaint I have is there's one set of slides that you have to use these blue mats. We didn't realize until after we wrote it the mats were covered in ants. All five of us were eaten up with ants. That area desperately needs to be to be treated.

Went yesterday and it was great! I hadn't been in about a decade and was nervous it was going to be a worse experience given some of the more recent reviews. Let me tell you, I have no idea why so many people are hating. It's just as good and fun as it was ten years ago! Super clean everywhere, and they've made some great additions, as well as maintained the old favourites. The only thing that wasn't there from the last time I went was the water playground (but they do still have the big dump bucket and water funnel slide).
We got there before it opened and left at 5pm.
The only issue we had while there was being given a frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but my eight year old didn't care and ate it anyway.
