We stayed there for Dragoncon and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and patient with all the increased traffic from us con-goers. Rooms were nice and had lots of towels, which is not usually the case in hotels, so that was very helpful for our family of 4 without having to call down for more. We all enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff was so friendly and attentive.
Ms Mo and Ms Meka were suuuuper helpful during checkout with helping hold our luggage until we were done with the convention. Took away a lot of stress and helped us enjoy our last day of Dragoncon.
The location is definitely convenient for downtown but as others have mentioned, a bit sketchy at times however probably not much the hotel can do about that unfortunately.
We would stay again :-)

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel needs a very deep cleaning. Room smelled terrible - finally discovered it was backed up garbage disposal. Bed sheets and pillows were very wrinkled and pillowcase smelled like stale hair. Not even sure they were changed from last guest. Elevators are old, claustrophobic, and make lots of jerks and rattles - didnt inspire confidence they wouldn't stop mid ascent or descent. Overall hotel just seemed straightened up, but not cleaned up. We drove home after our event rather than staying here. Do not recommend.

Wonderful staff who try their best to accommodate you.
Valet parking is on point
Sketchy neighborhood but don't all downtown areas have one of those.
Love that the rooms have a mini kitchen.

The breakfast options rotate pretty often, with some things remaining unchanged, which is good for those that have already found their go-to breakfast (including people who are vegan). The hotel staff are really nice and the people at the front desk are helpful. Hot water, coffee and decaf are available 24/7, even after breakfast hours are over. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen allows for you to make your own meals in case going out to eat isn't your thing. The only downsides are the blankets provided, as they were a bit scratchy and the sliding door to the bathroom has a noticeable gap, which is something to keep in mind when making the reservation. My room was on the 7th floor so the view was nice, especially at night.

The location is good and interesting. You’re a 5 minute walk away from wonderful centennial park one direction, and a 5 minute walk away in the other direction to a park filled with criminal activities and homelessness, not safe to walk on your own.
The staff is very friendly but friendliness can only cover so much. The AC temp is centrally controlled so the room was extraordinarily uncomfortable. We were here in the summer with 90°+ weather and it is frustrating to walk into a room that is not cooled.
The breakfast once again, super friendly staff but food options were limited. No omelettes or egg station, small, cramped, and food that was there was not appetizing. Over or undercooked, or what I thought was egg bites was actually shaped like egg bites but instead was a small open faced half biscuit with cheese and bacon crumble on top.
Very little fruit or proteins, I do remember seeing a greyish sausage patty I passed on.
From my point of view, the rank and file employees are very friendly, and genuinely try. This hotel feels like leadership or upper management has a very tight budget “cut costs” vs “guest experience” mandate.
Not expecting 5 star hotel amenities but this definitely had me feeling like I’m at an entry level hotel, with frontline staff who do have 5 star attitudes but are limited to what they can do.
