From the moment I arrived I felt very welcomed. Was on a work trip. Atlanta and Miami. This hotel seemed to embody the stereotype that Atlanta really has southern hospitality. When you’re traveling on your own little things like this, make a big impression. Everyone from the front desk to the valet was was awesome. The rooms were nice and big, which is good as I am a filmmaker and have a lot of stuff. Also it’s very affordable. I think the rooms could be a touch cleaner, there was a stain on the floor, but otherwise clean. Would def recommend this spot.

My family and I stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. The staff was wonderful; the gentlemen at the front desk were so welcoming and Sonya at breakfast was so nice! The rooms were spacious and I loved having a full fridge. The only con with the room was the cigarette smoke smell coming into the bathroom from another guest room but it didn't ruin our night.
We had a big passenger van so we couldn't use the valet parking. Instead, we parked in the surface lot across the street and didn't have any issues. The hotel is around the corner from the Georgia Aquarium, which is where we were headed, so that was very convenient. The hotel felt safe since you had to have a room key to enter and use the elevators. Overall, if we travel back to downtown Atlanta we would definitely stay here again!

10 out of 10 would recommend not only is it very home like less hotel like there was wonderful design. The workers were amazing professional booking was so easy. Reserving was so easy. The bathroom is beautiful. It’s a way that you could fill at home and luxury with everything you need and one room with great people around you honestly there’s also a rooftop area wonderful with grills that you could use on your own really big nice grills by the way so love this place. I will be definitely coming back if I need to stay somewhere temporarily in Atlanta

Just returned from staying over the weekend, there is a strong urine smell when you come in from the front doors while your waiting for the elevator. The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could hear the springs when you moved around. We were here for a kids sporting event so we had long days. We never had housekeeping even though the sign on the bathroom mirrors says every other day, so we had over flowing trash, had to go downstairs and request additional bathroom supplies. The breakfast is very simple, bagels/toast, dry cereal and yogurts, flavored waffle mix, grits, very small selection of egg folds, with sausage. The fresh fruit was very bruised bananas and the apple was bad. For the over $300 a night we just had to spend was not worth it for this hotel.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at Home2 Suites in downtown Atlanta.
Staff is absolutely wonderful; very friendly and happy to assist. I travel frequently to east coast metro areas and Atlanta was by far the friendliest city I've been to. The gentlemen working security/door always had a smile for me and did an excellent job making me feel safe. Trey at the front desk checked me into a beautiful, spacious room on a quiet floor with a great view. Sonya at breakfast was so sweet and helped me make my waffle. Housekeeping had set up a clean, well stocked space and came by in a timely manner to check on me.
I loved that I had a microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, dishwasher, wireless phone charger, and modernized thermostat in my room. All appliances and amenities were functional and clean. The bathroom had decent water pressure in the shower and the soaps were non-drying. There was also free wifi, free breakfast, and a cute rooftop lounge. The breakfast is excellent so take advantage of that.
I'm very pleased with my experience and would love to return if I'm in Atlanta again. Honestly I had a better time here than at some Signias/Regencys/Le Meridiens I've stayed in 😅
