10 out of 10 would recommend not only is it very home like less hotel like there was wonderful design. The workers were amazing professional booking was so easy. Reserving was so easy. The bathroom is beautiful. It’s a way that you could fill at home and luxury with everything you need and one room with great people around you honestly there’s also a rooftop area wonderful with grills that you could use on your own really big nice grills by the way so love this place. I will be definitely coming back if I need to stay somewhere temporarily in Atlanta

Stayed here while on a business trip with my wife and infant. The staff was AMAZING. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and enthusiastic about making sure me and my family had every we needed. The valet workers were responsive and accomodating, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the choices for plant-based diets. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the ferris wheel. What really made the stay was the friendliness and engagement of the staff, who really made us feel welcome and at home.

From the go everyone was courteous!!! Day shift got us an early check-in, so we could explore downtown Atl... by the time we got back Trey and dj took care of us on night shift... and we went out and came back Jae on mids was also very gracious... they all made my sister feel welcome and loved for her birthday... the rooms were cleaned, valet was professional, and it was peaceful quiet, and safe... there is even a nice view from the roof top, though its not a very tall hotel... if we come back to atl... chances are we are booking here again...

Was booked here for work and while not thrilled about the neighborhood, the service here was outstanding. Every request honored. Really above par staff offering a great customer experience. We did have an issue with several of our colleagues only having a half a roll of toilet paper in our rooms and running out but other than that amazing customer service! Shout out to Trey and a few others!

This is a great place to stay for the price point. It was very similar to other Home2Suites I’ve stayed in, albeit with a slightly limited kitchenette with no hot plates or oven.
The decor was slightly tired, and although the bed was comfy, the pillows needed replacing. The shower and bathroom were good.
The staff were friendly, although some of the door security team were hit and miss. Breakfast was good, and typical of the brand.
The gym was basic but useful, and the onsite coin washing/laundry machines worked well ($6 total for wash and dry, plus $4 for soap).
My team was staying in the nearby Hilton Signia and Garden Inn, and the quality was much higher there — as was the price!
The GWCC, State Farm Arena, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium were a safe 15 minute walk away. Centennial Olympic Park was a 5 minute walk away, and I ran laps around here for my morning workout.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Five Points Metro stop, but I recommend taking an Uber from the airport if you’re arriving late or don’t like the potential for tangling with homeless folks — I was approached multiple times on the walk at midday, and one person was quite aggressive.
