My daughter and I stayed here for her birthday trip and the hotel is under renovation, never know how to enter or exit because it changed constantly, no pool access or fitness room access that would have been nice to know ahead of time I would not have stayed here. The room noise was awful, 3 nights of listening to kids screaming & crying all night. The valet threw my suitcase in the back of my car on a glass picture & broke it so had to leave it because of the broken glass everywhere. The only positive aspect was the distance to the aquarium but there are other hotels nearby just as close

Across the street from the Georgia aquarium and world of Coca Cola. Has a nice strip of restaurants and shops below it. Rooms are nice, nothing special though. We had an issue with our rooms heat and the staff helped us resolve the matter quickly. We got the room package that came with aquarium tickets and breakfast, it was a very good deal. Great view of the city. Has two pools, a gym and a nice lobby.

During check-in, the associate seemed visibly upset due to a customer service call he had received before assisting us. When I asked if he was having a good day, he openly shared his frustrations, which unfortunately affected the quality of service we received. As a result, several important details were overlooked during check-in. The self-parking fee was not added to our room charges, and we were not provided with breakfast vouchers. At check-out, we were assisted by a young lady with a lovely voice (which I mention as she was singing while helping us). She informed us that the parking fee had not been added by the previous associate, so she had to manually adjust the charge. She also gave us the breakfast vouchers that had been missed at check-in and instructed us to keep the room key fob to exit the parking garage. After having breakfast, we returned to the garage, only to find that the fob did not work. When we pressed the help button, we were directed to an off-site location and put on hold for about 10 minutes. During this time, several cars lined up behind us, and honking horns created additional stress. Eventually, we were told that we needed to go back into the hotel to get a functioning fob. Unfortunately, this resulted in us having to pay the $41 fee to exit the garage. Frustrated, I parked outside the garage and approached the front desk, where I was assisted by a manager named Siobhan. I made it clear that my frustration was not directed at her personally, but she was very understanding and immediately worked to resolve the issue. She offered a discount for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciated. However, upon reviewing my account the following morning, I noticed that the discount had not been applied, and I was charged the full fee. Fortunately, I have a receipt, and I plan to dispute the charge with the hotel. While I appreciate the efforts of Siobhan in resolving the situation, I am disappointed by the overall experience and the lack of follow-through regarding the promised discount.

Although they were doing renovations at the time, this hotel was very nice. It had it's own parking garage that made accessing the hotel very easy. The room had an amazing view over the city with a ferris wheel that lit up. The aquarium is right across the street which was very convenient for us with not having to worry about driving. A great stay and great trip.

My brother, sister, friend, and I stayed from Friday to Sunday, and while the staff was friendly and helpful, the cost was absolutely outrageous given the experience. We stayed in the penthouse and paid over $530, yet the room was nothing more than an average-sized hotel room—certainly not worth the price. To make matters worse, we had an issue with a clogged toilet and requested assistance, but no one ever came to fix it. On top of that, I was shocked to find out I was charged over $600 because parking wasn’t included, and we were forced to pay for breakfast as well. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if I hadn’t paid such a ridiculous amount for what was essentially a mediocre stay.
