The hotel is nice and in a great downtown location close to the aquarium. Only complaint is that our toilet did not flush properly even after maintenance took a look at it (no, we did not cog it, it was like that as soon as we got in the room). Our view was overlooking the ferris wheel, which was great, except there weren't any blackout curtains to block out the bright lights on the wheel. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

We overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel in downtown Atlanta. The room was very clean, we had a great view that we enjoyed, and the walkability was excellent for many of the things we wanted to do (Coca Cola, Children's Museum, Aquarium, etc). The pool areas were nice and I enjoyed using the facilities. I rate 4 stars because of the front desk and the parking. When I was trying to call the front desk to ask questions about our stay it took 3 calls with an average wait of 25 minutes each before I finally got someone on my third try (I hung up on my first two attempts after getting to 30 minutes). When at the hotel, one lady at the desk seemed like I was bothering her both times I interacted with her (check in and holding luggage for a few hours after checkout: no crazy requests), and one employee was so engrossed on his cell phone he had no idea I was in front of him (which made me wonder why I was always on hold for 30 minutes). The parking garage is tight, which I'm used to, but we ran into two potential issues. First, they sell public parking as well and when we came back to the hotel there was an even going on that had taken a lot of the spots. I was worried we may not find parking but lucked out with someone leaving. When our stay was over, people or the machines to exit were having issues and the worker kept having everyone in both lanes back up and keep switching sides. The room key was supposed to get us out but after we had checked out it wouldn't open the gate and we had to buzz for help as well. If I were wanting to visit this part of Atlanta again, I would consider staying here again.

This is our second stay in this hotel and the staff is amazing! My mobility scooter had a loose bolt so they called the engineer and he kindly tightened everything. The valet are super nice and professional. I also have a service animal and they are very accommodating to my needs. We use this hotel for our DragonCon stay and in my opinion it is the best. Everyone is so nice, it's just a small walk through a nice park to downtown, and everything is clean. If you are looking for an affordable hotel with excellent service, definitely choose this hotel.

My husband and I recently vacationed in Atlanta for the first time. The hotel is at a super convenient location near Centennial Park, GA Aquarium, and Coca Cola World. All were within walking distance. The room we stayed in was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I really can’t say anything negative about this particular hotel. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is planning a trip to Atlanta.

Excellent location for access to Mercedes Benz Stadium for Falcon games, the fun Coca Cola , outstanding Atlanta Aquarium.
Hotel staff are friendly, the breakfast restaurant okay. The rooms are just okay but dated. The bathroom could use a refresh, like the exhaust fan doesn't work causing a steamy bathroom after a shower. But the location off sets these issues.
