This was my first experience at the Variety Playhouse. It's a really nice place to see live music. I sat in one of the AXS Reserve Seats. I was surprised to find my seat to be padded and very comfortable, as well as providing a great view of the stage. I'm my opinion, the reserved seat was well worth the extra cost. Parking cost me $16, but was quick and easy, in a public lot behind the theatre. I will definitely return to this venue if I have the opportunity.

Went with Oldest Son as a 26th "Birfday"
Gift / Experience !! LOVED 😍 it ! We were able to snag the purchase Ahead VIP Experience with this Awesome Artist - Jose Gonzalez ... Paid some Moolah - BUT 💯 Worth it 👌Great Venue / Great People and Great Artist ! Will Venture here Again !

Intimate venue ~1100 capacity. Main level and a Mezzanine. Not a bad view in the place. Great acoustics. Multiple bars. Easy to navigate. Security at the door - Bag search and metal detector. Stage is elevated approx 5ft, standing room in front of stage but seats are at same level as the stage so even front row seating/behind standing room - you have a clear view.

We went for a 4-metal concert show that had multiple merchandise booths. The venue made it seamless to purchase other bands merch upstairs while not missing the current playing band. It was very helpful to get both done at the same time.
A big highlight was the phone service connectivity was perfect. I could make a call to anyone in the venue without disruption. There is also no barricade so crowd surfing to the stage could be made.
Two bathrooms with stalls on both floors was also very helpful as well as both bars. The staff handled pit management extremely well and kept things easy to traverse through.
A benefit was their free cups of water that were easily accessible by jug, so no need to go to the bar.

This was an INCREDIBLE experience!! Our seats were perfect and the venue is small enough that you can really enjoy the performance from any viewpoint!
They have your standard concession and merch stand and getting through security was smooth and easy -- honestly made me feel more comfortable being in a crowd these days.
We went to see the Nightvale performance and it was AWESOME! Everything went smoothly and I really loved the whole experience!
