Understaffed, obviously underpaid, and clearly do not care at all about the quality of service they give. Fortunately for me, I only come here for the free screenings. The service reminds me each time why I don't come here and pay for a film.
I reached the front of the line after a woman in front of me ordered two drinks. The woman servicing that register checked each soda machine. Clearly, there was an issue. Another employee went to the back to get a bucket of ice, then this employee went to the back. Two more employees came to the register to watch two other employees pour buckets of ice. Four employees. I expressed I was only ordering popcorn and did not need a drink, so I was wondering if at least one of them could take my order. I was told they had to get this woman her drinks. Then another employee just looked at me while the others services the machine, holding hands.
I step over Lavazza and they are just as slow, dragging the feet like someone is forcing them to walk over and fulfill orders. I am just left in constant frustration, and the behavior. Not only do they not care, they are moving as if we have to be there. These workers are clearly not being paid enough for what they do, however this staff doesn't care about the job.
Will my review have a major effect? Not likely. Big corpos, a popular tourist area, and where many residents frequent. For those who do care and just weighing options, this is not it, especially for the price of a ticket. Definitely take advantage of this place for the free screenings (not through their Regal membership) and consider bringing a bag (hint-hint).

Me & my boyfriend went here to go see “The Color Purple” I never been here before so I was amazed at how dope it was. I loved the atmosphere and the workers were very attentive and on point when it came to guiding us to our theater. We had to get our tickets downstairs at the kiosk and then go up the escalators to the theater. When we got there it didn’t take us long to get inside the theater which was big with nice orange chairs. The chairs recline which is good but wish they had a foot rest and the chairs could recline a little bit more for comfort. The prices were okay at the concession stand. Prices are always gonna be a tad bit high at the theater but it was a nice visit. Def check this place out if you ever come here.

The most pathetic, embarrassing experience I’ve ever had at a movie theatre. I had to find where to leave this review just to dissuade any poor souls that might wander into atlantic station... You’ll have an awful experience. Awfully boring at the least.
As ironically named a theatre as “Regal” is. The name makes me spit up in my mouth. Went on a date with my boyfriend to see Joker 2, it was the last showing of the night (9:20p). We sat in the most uncomfortable upright chairs (would’ve been more comfortable if we were strapped in to an electric chair, at least then I’d have some back support) and the theatre was SILENT with LIGHTS ON for an HOUR!!!!! when two of us got up to say something, they never apologized, STARTED THE PREVIEWS FROM THE BEGINNING BLASTING MY EARDRUMS WIDE OPEN and let previews play for an HOUR until the movie finally came on around 11pm. My partner begged for a refund, they refused to give us one. My partner begged for ANY compensation for this horrid experience, and you know what they did? Invited us back! With free movie passes! and then he came back to use them, they denied the passes. My partner had to argue with the manager to even be allowed in after that experience. $50+ wasted. You’re better off blacking out in the parking lot than even wasting time in the lobby soaking up the negative energy from the lobotomized employees who only work there for the customer drama. We were more entertained watching the employees pass around a communal lunch together and listening to them gossip when waiting for the “manager” to ‘appear’ than actually sitting in the theatre. Maybe choose a different date night experience if you want a good night!

Everything was good until they turned the lights on half way through the movie. It’s currently 1:17am & the lights have been on since 1am. I want my money back & will be asking for a refund when I leave. Movie watched was See No Evil.

I knew this theater was here, but never had been. I decided to go to an IMAX premier of Dune: Part Two, and I was blown away by this theater.
This place is like a cathedral sized building, and it’s super nice. The one staff member I encountered was nice as well.
On top of that, the snacks area looked really elaborate, but I didn’t actually get any snacks for my viewing experience. From there, all the theaters are super clean and feel luxurious. It was a very comfortable experience, even with a viewing experience that ended up being nearly 3 hours.
Definitely recommend seeing something in IMAX here. It was an absolute blast. If you’re reading this before it leaves theater, Dune: Part Two is an absolute must-see. Don’t miss it.
