Service at this place is excellent. Not one unfriendly staff came to our table. Everyone was smiling and knows the timing of each meal ordered. Attentive but gave us space.
Location: it’s on the 75th floor of the hotel. It was very foggy when we dined so there was nothing to see but the fog.
Food was such a let down I contemplated returning my meal. The vegan tofu dish was such a let down I couldn’t even eat half of it. The amount of salt that was on that dish burned my mouth till the next day. And for the price of $60 there was 6 tofu that I counted. It was so disappointing that our group knew we will never come back nor recommend this place. Even the next day a few got ill during the night due to food consumed.
There other places that serves something better.

all the employees we came across were very nice and had great customer service. the atmosphere of the restaurant felt great. for appetizers, we had the calamari. 100% recommended the calamari. the sauce on the side was great. even without the sauce, the calamari tasted really good. the complimentary bread was amazing. the darker butter was amazing, it tasted sweet and savory. my date had the grouper. his food tasted great. i had the artic char and my food was not so great. it had no flavor at all so i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. the restaurant is a bit overpriced. you’re not paying for the food, you’re paying for the experience and the view.

View is stunning right before sunset. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and it was definitely a night to remember. Service, and food were outstanding. The atmosphere was calm, and quiet but still exciting.
I do feel the wine list is subpar in comparison to other restaurants at this level. And no complimentary celebration desserts are offered, which was a little sad since we’ve found a lot of other restaurants at this level do provide such a thing. Regardless our evening was wonderful, thank you!

We celebrate our 31st Anniversary at the Sun Dial. The views are breathtaking even as you go up in the elevator.
We were served by James and a couple of other staff members. Our water never went low, they were attentive and friendly.
The food was good. This is probably the prettiest and delicious Caesar salad I’ve ever had. I would come back just for that. The steak was cooked to perfection and the mash was creamy. The fish was melt in your mouth good and had justt enough sauce to complement the dish. However our large mix drink was very icy and watered down. Thus, the four stars. At the end of our dinner we were presented with a delicious slice of cheesecake for our anniversary.
We want to thank everyone we came in contact with for making our anniversary dinner special.

We had such an amazing experience! We were staying in the Westin and we were exhausted from a long drive so we didn't want to leave the hotel. It was just my two little girls and I and we didn't have the recommended clothes but they were very accommodating. Our meal was delicious, everyone was so nice, and the girls loved picking out the places we are supposed to go to tomorrow. I would love to go back one day for an adult dinner where I can dress up and really enjoy the experience.
