I had my 50th birthday party at The Conservatory at Waterstone and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a venue. The staff was very attentive. My favorite person to work with was Kandice. She is truly one of kind. I wish everyone was this easy to work. She is beautiful person inside and out. I had an unfortunate situation, where my first venue canceled on me two weeks before my event. When I shared my situation with Kandice, she presented my situation to the owner who agreed to work with me to make my celebration happen. I had a great event and a beautiful space to celebrate it in. I had so much peace during the event with Kandace and the other staff being present to help with any needs. My son's wedding was here this past weekend. Everything was perfect. Linda was their wedding coordinator and she was always so kind and helpful and present. I wasn't really involved in all of the details but did attend the food tasting and cake tasting and both were really good. The cake from Confection Perfection was beautiful and tasted great as well. The food and charcuterie were excellent! My daughter-in-law kept saying how their wedding was everything she had dreamed of. The flowers were GORGEOUS!! From my point of view, everything seemed PERFECT. I think the venue itself has a really nice, vintage vibe.
My only concern and negative thought for anyone planning a wedding and considering the Conservatory at Waterstone is if anyone in attendance or a part of the bridal/groom's party has limited mobility and cannot go up and down stairs easily (stairs to the bridal suite, the groomsmen area, the garden -where our ceremony was held-), it might not be the best option.

We loved the fact that we had our wedding and reception at the Conservatory at Waterstone. They made the planning process easy with simple worksheets and payment breakdowns. The office staff always seemed available to help us. The cake from Confection Perfection was so delicious with some guests saying it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. The dinner at the reception was equally delicious. Our guests complimented the space, the food, the DJ (Greg!), and the decorations. Barbara made our chalkboard sign and she also made amazing bouquets and boutonnières! Our day of coordinator Riley was exceptional and made our day extremely easy. We enjoyed the flexibility of the indoor and outdoor space. We are very glad we made the decision to book the Conservatory and we could not have asked for a more perfect day.

My sister got married at The Conservatory at Waterstone Saturday, 3/22/2025. I was her Matron of Honor and helped her through every minute of her planning process. From the first meeting we had with The Conservatory Owner and Staff, we knew this was the place for her wedding. Friendly, attentive, detailed oriented, and the venue is full of options. Linda was our coordinator and she got an A+!!! Linda went over the top ensuring everything was perfect the whole night. The dinner was served buffet style, absolutely delicious. The servers were so nice and made sure everyone was served. Our DJ Greg made sure to keep guests informed and played the best music to keep the fun going. I can not recommend this venue enough. If you are looking to plan a wedding of your dreams, all at one location, stop looking and visit The Conservatory at Waterstone.

This venue was one of the best decisions we have ever made and was a spectacular place to begin the rest of our lives. Wedding planning is so difficult, but as an all-inclusive venue, they really went above and beyond to make our wedding truly special. They have so many options to make your day uniquely yours and the venue itself is SO beautiful. They are excellent at communicating and work with you for your big day. Can the bride's bouquet be a sword? They'd never tried before, but what a fun opportunity. Can we skip certain traditions? Absolutely. They're there for what you want and need. The food was very tasty and every person on their team was attentive and caring. Ms. Linda, our day of coordinator made sure that we wanted for nothing and could focus on the joy of the day rather than the little details. I would get married all over again if I could. Absolutely amazing.
